Mamadou Ciré DIALLO est doctorant en droit dans le cadre d’une cotutelle entre l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar UCAD (Sénégal) et l’Université Clermont Auvergne UCA (France). Il est consultant et auteur de plusieurs études sur la fiscalité extractive en Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre auprès de la Fondation pour les études et recherches sur le développement international (Ferdi).

Mamadou Ciré DIALLO is a doctoral student in law within the framework of a cotutelle between the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar UCAD (Senegal) and the University Clermont Auvergne UCA (France). He is a consultant and author of several studies on extractive taxation in West and Central Africa with the Foundation for International Development Studies and Research (FERDI).
